At Alebrijes Taqueria in Toronto, we wanted to recreate that feeling with our Morning Mexicano Special – $15.99, a simple and authentic way to start the day with real Mexican flavors.

Guests can choose their eggs prepared in traditional Mexican styles:

• Huevos Rancheros – A traditional Mexican favorite featuring two sunny-side eggs served on fried tortillas, topped with your choice of red or green salsa. The dish is finished with sliced avocado and black beans, and served with four tortillas or bread.

• Huevos Divorciados – One of Mexico’s most iconic breakfasts. Two eggs served with two different salsas — one red and one green, symbolizing the famous “divorced” flavors. Served with black beans, avocado and warm tortillas.

• Huevos a la Mexicana – Scrambled eggs cooked with fresh onion, tomato and peppers, creating the classic Mexican tricolor flavor profile. Served with beans, avocado and tortillas.

• Huevos al Gusto – A customizable omelette-style breakfast prepared with your choice of protein, served with beans, avocado and tortillas.

Each breakfast plate is served with fresh Mexican pastry from Emilio’s Mexican Bakery, a local Toronto bakery known for its authentic pan dulce. Supporting other local Mexican businesses in the city is something we care deeply about, and Emilio’s bakery brings the perfect touch of tradition to this morning experience.

Your breakfast also includes a cup of house coffee, making it the perfect combination of flavors to begin the day.

Our Morning Mexicano Special is available Tuesday to Thursday from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM, giving you the perfect excuse to slow down, enjoy a real Mexican breakfast, and share a table with friends, coworkers, or family.
